Karen's Ben collected £100 for "Best Turned Out" with Maccabees at Plumpton today, though there should be a stewards enquiry into how much of the plaiting etc. was done by him rather than Karen and Sam who also had to prepare Fifi L'Amour for the same race.
Ben looks pleased after collecting the "Best Turned Out" award.
In the race Maccabees was badly hampered and unseated his jockey, but Fifi L'Amour finished an encouraging 4th and collected some prize money.
